Young Audiences of Northeast Ohio

Young Audiences of Northeast Ohio is an affiliated chapter of Young Audiences, Inc., the country’s oldest and largest nonprofit arts-in-education organization dedicated to making the arts essential to the education of school children. YANEO is the only multi-arts resource for Northeast Ohio schools. With generous financial support from foundations, corporations and individuals, YANEO transforms the lives and education of young people through extraordinary arts programs. For over 50 years, Young Audiences’ professional actors, dancers, musicians, writers and visual artists have delighted and enlightened students in schools and camps as well as at community centers and public events. As research studies continue to show increased ways that the arts benefit the cognitive, social and developmental needs of children, our mission to enrich the lives of children and promote creative learning by uniting arts and education remains paramount to the future of Northeast Ohio’s youth.
